  • Bathrooms, which were fully renovated in 2021, now have walk-in showers in every room. We no longer have rooms that have bathtubs in the bathrooms.

Our standard rooms are on the small side, only 225 sq.ft.  4 adults in the room could feel uncomfortable and we highly recommend booking 2 rooms if your party includes more than 3 adults.

  • Brand new 3 bedroom suite for the 2022 season. 
  • This unit is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located on the 2nd floor (up a flight of stairs; no elevator), above the motel office. 
  • In this suite, you will find a kitchenette (no cooktop or oven), with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, as well as a small dining area complete with a dinnerware set and utensils. 
  • There is also a small living area with a couch and a TV. 
  • The suite has central AC and heating. 
  • A minimum rental period of 3 nights is required and does not include daily housekeeping. 
  • Daily towel service and other necessities will be provided. 
  • There is no smoking permitted. 
  • Bedroom 1 has 1 King bed and a TV 
  • Bedroom 2 has 2 full sized beds and a TV 
  • Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds; TV not located in this room 
  • The unit allows for 2, tandem, parking spots and guests are able to use all motel amenities at their leisure. 
  • Pets are permitted at a charge of $100 per pet, per stay 

THE FINE PRINT

  • Room rates do not include 11.7% local and state tax and do not include 2.75% Water Protection Fee.  
  • Rates are subject to change, and do frequently, due to our "Dynamic Rate" software that adjusts based on occupancy and availability.
  • Rates are for a maximum of 4 people per standard room and 6 people for the Suite. Roll-away beds are not available. If it is found that there are more than the maximum number of guests in a respective room, guests will be asked to leave the property and forfeit the full payment.
  • We are a pet-friendly property! (All rooms are pet friendly) A one time fee of $50, per pet, per stay, for our standard room and $100, per pet, per stay, for the Suite will be added to your bill.
  • We are not responsible for misinformation either located on or verbalized from 3rd party booking sites. Information on our website is the most accurate.​
  • AS OF JANUARY 7, 2022, ALL GUESTS ARE CHARGED A REFUNDABLE, 10% DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 22 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
  • Reservations are fully refundable with at least a 22 day cancellation notice.
  • Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled less than 22 days to arrival. ​Guests will be charged the full cost of the reservation beginning at 21 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if your credit card is denied or declined.
  • Worry-Free Booking Available- Reduce worry and receive a 100% reimbursement* if one of the following last minute illnesses or health conditions causes you to cancel your booking: Illness including COVID-19 Infection, Pre-existing Medical Condition, Accident or Injury, Immediate Relative Sickness or Death. *Doctor’s note or death certificate required see terms and conditions for details. An extra 10% will be added to your bill AND the total amount of the reservation is charged at booking. 
  • Our cancellation policy only applies to reservations booked directly with us. Booking from a 3rd party site may have a different cancellation policy and thus subject to that policy. 
  • If booking directly with us via our website or over the phone and you need to cancel, you must receive a cancellation email from us confirming the cancellation to avoid charges to your credit card. 
  • Early departures and no-shows will forfeit payment of full stay. 
  • Check-in time is after 4:00pm; Check-out time is before 11 am. While we will try to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out requests, we are unable to guarantee these requests and they are subject to availability only. During our peak season, these requests are highly unlikely. 
  • MasterCard and Visa credit cards accepted. Gift Cards with the VISA and MasterCard logo are not accepted. 
  • Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Smoking in rooms will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Smoking in designated smoking area only. 
  • Guests are responsible for any damages that occur in both rooms and the property.
